How to use:
Wash your face thoroughly and ensure the skin is free from creams, oils and makeup. Wet the nose well (the strip will not stick to dry skin). With dry hands, remove the plastic liner and apply the strip to the wet nose with the smooth side down. Press firmly to ensure full contact. Leave on for 10–15 minutes until the strip becomes stiff. Slowly peel off from the edges toward the centre. If removal is uncomfortable, re-wet the strip and gently remove. Rinse off any residue with warm water.
